About us
Family-owned in Boise since 2015
Brothers Mike and Randal Amschel still run the Chinden Blvd showroom. Call, text, or walk in during hours.
Family Pool & Spa was founded in 2015 by brothers Mike and Randal Amschel to build a company where honesty matters more than the next sale.
What began as two brothers doing every job themselves is now a Treasure Valley stop for Wellis hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, pools, and water care.
When the doors opened, Mike and Randal answered the phones, tested water, sold spas, ran service calls, cleaned pools, and delivered tubs. Referrals from those jobs built the business.
The team is 15 to 20 people, depending on the season. Randal still runs service — repairs, maintenance, installs, and training. Mike is still in the showroom, reading water tests and helping you pick a Wellis hot tub or swim spa.
You are looking at an authorized Wellis dealer. Hot tubs, swim spas, and cold plunges are on the floor. Water testing in the store is free. Service stays on the line after the sale.
The rules have not changed: treat people honestly, do quality work, stand behind what we sell, and treat every customer like family.
Delivery and installation for new hot tubs. Pool repair, spa repair, weekly maintenance, and free in-store water testing. Wells Fargo financing on approved credit. Pay My Bill stays on the Gravity link in the footer.
